Before starting his own practice, Tim Hadley practiced in the real estate and construction law groups of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver and, before that, with a small Denver firm. He was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2002 after completing his J.D. degree with honors at the University of Minnesota Law School.

Tim has assisted clients with projects ranging from medical office and general office portfolios involving millions of square feet of space, to telecommunications infrastructure projects, to small space leases, to advertising sign projects and more. He has represented real estate developers and investment firms ranging in scale from small local businesses to nationally- and globally-recognized firms, a variety of other businesses, and individuals. Tim founded this firm in 2011 to focus on developing ways to deliver legal services to clients in a professional, high-tech manner without the operational overhead of a large law firm.

Tim is a member of the American Bar Association (including its real property group, construction law forum, law practice division, and legal analytics working group), the Colorado Bar Association (including the real estate law section and solo & small firm practice section), the Denver Bar Association, and the Boulder County Bar Association.

Tim prefers advising clients, structuring transactions, analyzing problems and writing contracts to writing about himself in the third person. He also enjoys photography, reading, writing, alpine skiing in the beautiful Colorado mountains, and playing with his two children.
